Judging with Bad Intentions

Las Vegas, NV - Former undisputed middleweight champion Jermain Taylor was robbed last night in front of a PPV audience and in front of a sold out crowd at the MGM Grand. From this vantage point, Taylor won most of the rounds (8-4) by jabbing and outboxing his former conqueror, Pavlik.

Seriously though, I understand that the promoters are trying to set up a Felix Trinidad fight with Pavlik, but come on, was the decision determined before the the fighters entered the ring?

This decison wasn't as bad as others, but it damn sure was judged as such. It was failry close and Taylor made the mistake of not going all out in the 12th round.

Pavlik should steer very clear of 168lb boss Joe Calzaghe. And for that matter, Bernard "The Executioner" Hopkins.

Or maybe this was the ghost of Winky Wright and Hopkins, and not the powers of Pavlik at work.
